sir, I think it should be consider for the Govt. aided School teachers including non teaching staff also.

I think Banks are ready to provide loans to everybody having secured monthly income. So, there should be no problem.

Sir,
I am already enrolled in this UBI HBL scheme from 2008 paying a fixed rate of interest of 9% as EMI. I hope it will remain same for me till end of payment i.e. for 15 years.

Interest rate for other then govt employee 10.25%.but for govt employee 11.25%. i think it will changeable. why govt employee pay more then other people.
