maternity leave

I availed maternity leave of 135 days on and from 07.12.2008. Now it ia 180 days. Can i avail the rest 45 days leave?

Hi seema. First of all welcome to this site. Now I would like to inform you that the enhanced Maternity Leave is not applicable in your case as per the recent G.O. As such you are not entitled to have the rest 45 days.
