Yes will anybody tell me the post fact permission process about my second question.
Because I do not know what is there in the resolution , you have told that countersign may work so I will try to do it . But till date I have not got the xerox copy of the resolution and my HM is denying it. Also it is nearly 2 yrs after completion . So it would be tough to get prior permission.
So if you can tell me the process of post facto permission.
