Can DDOs employ Data Entry Operators for smooth running of COSA?
I have not received the salary of March 2014 in my account due to introduction of e-payment scheme w.e.f. March 2014. My PAO said that the transaction was successful on 2.4.2014, but it has not been credited to my salary account till date.
