No. The small pox is considered as infectious disease but Chicken Pox shall not be considered as infectious disease. So, Special leave (Quarantine leave) is not admissible in this case. (Rule 198 of WBSR – I)

check whether the hospital renewed agreement or not. if yes then the date of effect is to noticed. if no, up to 80% may be reimbursed for non-empanelled hospitals.
