All the Departments are requested to make available to all offices under its control necessary allotment of fund within the last working day of the financial year 2013-2014 to square off the shortfall under various detailed heads for which bills were passed by the Treasuries / Pay and Accounts Offices in anticipation of allotment of fund.
This “Labour Room Protocol” must be made available to every service provider attached to Labour Room/ Maternity ward of all MCH, District Hospital, S D/ S G Hospital, Decentralised Hospitals, Rural Hospital, Block PHC, 24 X 7 PHC and other PHC in the state with instruction to follow the protocol strictly.
Grant of Dearness Allowance to the State Government Employees/ Teachers and Non – Teaching Employees of Non – Government Educational Institutions / Employees of Statutory Bodies / Government Undertakings / Panchayats including Panchayat Karmee and Municipal Corporation / Municipalities, Local Bodies etc. who are drawing their pay in the pre-revised scale with effect from January, 01, 2014.
The Governor is pleased to decide that the whole time State Government Employees drawing basic pay (i. e. Band Pay + Grade Pay, NPA, if any) up to Rs. 80,000/- shall draw Dearness Allowances @ 58% with effect from 1st January, 2014.
Iron and Folic Acid supplements provided under this programme are given to the adolescent boys and girls, within its stipulated time frame. A report in this regard should be obtained from all Heads of the Institution on a monthly basis by concerned AIs/SIs and submitted to the DI (SE).
There was a provision for intimating the Head of the Office / Pension sanctioning Authority within three days of commencement of medical attendance and treatment. Now, there is no need to provide such intimation and Clause 11 of WBHS is abolished.
All SC/ST girls who are unmarried and below 16 years of age as on 31/03/2013 and who pass out in class VIII and enroll in class IX in state govt., govt. aided or Local body school/madrasah from academic year 2013/14 onwards are eligible.
