MEMORANDUM

In this department Memorandum No. 6501-F(P) dt. 31.08.2015 it has been ordered that absence on 2nd September, 2015 will be treated as dies non and no salary will be admissible unless such absence is covered by the grounds as mentioned in Finance Department Memorandum No. 2013-F(P) dt. 06.03.2012.

Now, in continuation of the above, Governor has been pleased to decide further that no leave can be granted to any employee as covered under the above Memo, commencing from a date before 2nd September, 2015 and continuing thereafter excepting on the grounds as mentioned in the later Memo, above. In other words, an employee who absents himself on Bandh day by tagging leave on that day with other days will also be treated as absent and the entire period of absence will be treated as dies non and no salary will be admissible.
