Sub: Request for creating Awareness among the SC students of Class XI-XII regarding various attractive courses conducted by National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT)
Sir,
Enclosed please find herewith a communication received from the Director, NIFT and to inform that every year a considerable number of seats under reserved categories have been remaining vacant in the Bachelor Programmes. Director, NIFT has further requested to make arrangement of creating awareness among the eligible students regarding different Courses on Fashion Technology.
Accordingly, I am to request you to conduct Awareness programmes among the SC/ST students studying in class XII in Govt. sponsored/ Govt./ Private schools falling under your jurisdiction regarding opportunities of pursuing Bachelors Courses in Fashion Technology. NIFT has expressed their willingness to co-ordinate any such programme by sending their team to any institute or communicating with the students through a video or text message.
A small Brochure regarding the courses and Admission Tests conducted by NIFT is enclosed. A soft copy of sample question papers (previous years) is also attached herewith which may be shared with the interested candidates.
Kindly Note: National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Admission (2023) is announced.
The last date for registration is 31.12.2022.
