Credential certificate issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent or competent authority of a State/ Central Government, Government undertaking, Statutory/ Autonomous bodies on the executed value of completed/ running work will be taken as credential.

Superintending Engineers are solely empowered to accord technical sanction to estimates for ordinary repair works in residences as per the extant policy of Public Works Department.

Estimated cost shall be based on PWD’s Schedule of Rates for the scheduled items of work and market rate as approved by the Head of Engineering wing of the Agency/Organisation for the non-scheduled items of work.

Procedure of Preparation of APR in r/o Engineer Officers

APR should be initiated and submitted to the Reporting Officer within 1st week of April of the next financial year. The filled-in APR shall be submitted by an Officer to the concerned Reporting Officer under whom he is/was attached to on the day of 31st March of that financial year.
