Time-Frame of Contractors Bill Submission by SAE, AE and EE
SAE is required to submit bills to the Sub-Divisional Office within 7 days after claim of the bills by the Contractor. AE should submit the same to Divisional Office within 15 days. EE should submit to concerned Treasury or PAO within fortnight.

Lift Installation in Government Buildings within Stipulated Time
Lift shaft dimension with drawing have to be a part of the NIT at the time of purchasing of the tender, demand draft have to be accepted.

Executive Engineer (Electrical) whosoever posted in office of the Chief Engineer, South Zone, P.W.Dte. has to discharge duties and responsibilities as assigned to him in the office of the Chief Engineer (Works) Electrical, P.W.D.

Nodal Officer will be responsible for distribution of SIM, collection of bill for the active connections from the service provider and make necessary arrangement for payment of bills.

Governor is pleased to empanel the following three Government Technical Institutes of National repute for preparation of DPR. (i) IIT, Kharagpur (ii) Jadavpur University (iii) Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur.
