It has been observed that coordination problems still persist between Civil and Electrical wings of PWD, with regard to existing installations in old buildings. The new buildings are being maintained by Civil wing only.
The electrical wing of PWD would only prescribe the capacity of pump motor sites depending on the yield of the tubewell as suggested by the civil wing.
Incorporation of a clause in the NIeT for building works of value less than Rs. 25.00 crore, composite in nature, having predominantly civil works with electrical components less than 25% of the total estimated amount put to tender.

Construction sites have to be specially monitored so that mosquito larvae does not breed in the site. Debris should be removed regularly. No water should be allowed to remain stagnant at the site.
If it is found that roads are damaged and no action has been taken for repair, necessary disciplinary action may be taken against the errant officers.
