W.B.B.S.E. is going to introduce New Syllabi and Curriculum for Class V and VII from the academic year, 2013. A booklet on this New Syllabi and Curriculum duly planned and prepared by the Expert Committee of the School Education Department.
D. El. Ed. Part – II Examination (Theoretical) of the session – 2016-2018 (Regular) and of the sessions 2014-2016 and 2015-2017 (the continuing candidates) to be held on and from 17.12.2018.
All schools must follow that the Third Summative Evaluation upto Class IX is to be completed within 1st week of December, 2018 (not to be held before 3rd week of November, 2018).
Postponement of Election for Constitution /Reconstitution of the Managing Committee of all Recognized Non-Govt. Secondary Schools and extension of the tenure in view of ensuing Assembly Election, 2016.
Classes will remain suspended in all Government, Government Sponsored and Non-Govt aided schools (Primary to Higher Secondary) from 08.06.2015 to 13.06.2015. The Schools may reopen from 15.06.2015.
All children from 6-14 years shall be admitted to their age appropriate classes in neighbour-hood schools, and elementary education including pre-primary education shall be provided to them free of cost.
Heads of the Self-Financed Non-Government Private D. El. Ed. Institutes, recognized by NCTE and affiliated to WBBPE, are hereby requested to deposit @ Rs 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred) only as Registration Fees per student.
All the heads of the DIETs/ Govt./ Govt. Sponsored/ Govt. Aided PTTIs are hereby requested to deposit @ Rs 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred) only as Registration Fees per valid admitted student of D. El. Ed. Course for the Session – 2017-2019.
Admission of children in elementary classes including Pre-Primary Class in all Government Sponsored/ aided Primary/ Upper Primary/ High/ Higher secondary schools for the academic session-2015.
The Centre-in-Charge will make seating arrangements of the candidates in the centre/ venue for not more than 2 (two) candidates on a bench and will engage at least 2 (two) Invigilators for not more than 50 candidates.
