Sub: Steps to streamline the GPF-Works.
In continuation of this Deptt. G.O. No. 9939-F dated 22.12.08 on the above matter the undersigned is directed to say that the Sanctioning Authority will sent the attested amount mentioning subscriptions, recoveries and withdrawals during the period uncovered in the A.G’s statement along with the sanctioning order to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
2. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer will verify and authenticate the Statement prepared by the Sanctioning Authority and send the above two statements along with the bill to the Pay & Accounts Office/Treasury.
3. The Pay & Accounts Officer/Treasury Officer will send the two authenticated statements along with the debit voucher to the office of the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal.
