Subject: Instructions regarding Higher Secondary Examination and class XI Annual Examination, 2015

He is requested to follow the instruction as noted below:

1. To instruct the school authorities to the effect that where both Higher Secondary Examination and class XI Annual Examination, 2015, will be held other classes will be suspended for the days of examinations. In other cases where only the examination of class XI will be held in the 2nd half of the school hour, the school authority will decide to suspend the classes for the entire day or for the 2nd half only on the basis of the situation. The schools which have been ordered to spare their teachers for invigilation and other function in other examination centres need not require suspending to normal classes.

2. To instruct the school authorities to release the District Advisory Committee members (17 days), Council Nominees (13 days), the Head Examiners in practical papers (07 days), Head Examiners in theoretical papers (18 days), the Examiners (maximum extent of 05 days), Scrutineers ( maximum extent of 09 days) as per requisition made by the Council and to instruct the school authorities to treat the absence from their normal duties as ‘ON DUTY’.
