Intra-state (inter-district) movement of government and private buses w.e.f. 01/06/2020, with passengers not more than the actual seating capacity of the bus. No passenger shall be allowed to travel standing in the bus.
Wearing of mask is compulsory. Strict social distancing of 2 metres for all. All public places, streets, housing complexes, residential areas and work places to be cleaned and sanitized at regular intervals.
Tea garden will be allowed to utilize 15% of the total grant area subject to a maximum of 150 acres for tea tourism and allied business activities.
Free treatment for COVID-19 patients shall be provided in Government Hospitals/ Government-requisitioned private hospital with an additional financial assistance of Rs 1.00 Lakh and a death benefit of Rs 10.00 Lakh.
These rules shall apply to all the whole time permanent employees under the employment of the Municipalities and the Notified Area Authorities.

It is further clarified that following establishments/ services including those in the private sector providing essential services shall be excluded from the Complete Safety Restrictions:
Every licensed agency shall submit to the Director-General an undertaking in the form of affidavit sworn before a Notary or a Judicial /Executive Magistrate in the format specified in Form D, binding himself to abide by the code of conduct laid down in rule 13 of these rules, within 30 days.
All shops, commercial establishments, offices and factories, workshops, godowns etc shall close their operations. People are required to stay at home and come out only for basic services while strictly following social distancing guidelines issued earlier.
