Subject: Request for submitting separate estimate to the Administrative Department for each specialized job for issuance of separate AA & FS or issuance of AA & FS in sub-project mode so that each specialized job may be treated as a sub project of the main project.
It is being observed that a number of proposals are being received from his end for issuance of permission to split the sanctioned estimate since the sanctioned estimate contains different specialized jobs/ works which are hardly possible to be executed by a single agency.
To reduce such a huge number of proposal for issuance of permission to split the work and expedite the time in execution phase, the undersigned is directed to inform him to submit separate estimate to the Administrative Department for each specialized job for issuance of separate AA & FS or issuance of AA & FS in sub-project mode so that each specialized job may be treated as a sub project of the main project.
This is issued with concurrence of the competent authority of this Department.
