    Dear Sir,

My self Debabrata Sardar, Working in a Private company from last 10 months. Now I am resigning from my service due to some personal problems. According to the EPF rule the employer will deposit the equivalent amount that I am submitting to my epf account from my salary. Also for your information I am submitting the certain percentage of my salary as per govt. rule.

Is there any rule that I will not get the amount deposited from my employer until I am completing minimum of one year service.?

    Waiting for your valuable feedback.

    With Best Regards
    Debabrata Sardar

    Dear Sir,
My husband is an Officer in Finance Deptt. & wants to withdraw 75% amount from his General Provident Fund Account for purchasing a flat. Now his Department says that there is a limit of 6 lacs for drawing the GPF Non Refundable Advance for the above mentioned reason.
Please say that, is there any limit for drawing for the said purposes or not .
Please also enclose the necessary G.O for ready reference, if possible.
    Waiting for Your valuable feedback.
    With regards,
    Barnali Datta.
