I am working in BNP. I am holding post of Deputy Control Officer which was a Gazetted Group B Post. before corporation was formed for mints and presses . The Pay pattern from CDA is being changed to IDA. My problem is that the Dy C O’s who were earlier in Gazetted Group B Post ( Central Gov. ) are now being placed in S2 level ( Supervisor) which is a non executive post. In our case there was no 4800/- Grade pay post. We were in 4600/- Grade pay ( Dy C O ) and then there was a CO post ( 5400/-) Grade Pay Now a new post of E1 has been introduced with Grade Pay 4800/- . We are not being placed in 4800/- i,e E1 post. nor being given the monitory benefits as are being given to S2 Level moreover we are placed in S2 NON UNIONISED post. We have given a number of representations to the Head Quarter but not received any clarification yet. Can we go to the Court of LAW Please advice
