MEMORANDUM
Sub: Online transmission of Pension documents and e-Service Book of employees on superannuation from HRMS Module of WBiFMS to PSAI Portal of AGWB
As part of streamlining service matters of employees, the initiative of paperless Exit Management at the time of superannuation of State Government employees has been under active consideration of the State Government since some time past. As a part of the initiative, API integration of Exit Management Sub-Module of HRMS Module of WBiFMS of the State Government with the Pension System Automation Initiative Portal (PSAI) of the Office of the Accountant General, West Bengal is hereby introduced.
- In the 1st Phase, the Pension Sanctioning Authorities (PSA) of the State Government shall henceforth from their Head of Office (HOO) login, transmit the digitally signed Pension Papers generated through Exit Management Sub-Module of HRMS Module (for Original, Revision and Family Pension cases) and e-Service Book of the employees retiring on superannuation, to the PSAI Portal of the Office of the Accountant General, West Bengal through Middleware Server along with the physical copies as are being sent presently. However, the physical copies will be done away with once the system starts running smoothly.
- The Office of the Accountant General, West Bengal shall in turn generate the payment authorities (e-PPO, e-GPO, e-CPO) digitally and transmit online back to WBiFMS for disbursement. All disbursing authorities would hereby accept such digitally signed authorities.
- The detailed guidelines with screenshots have been made available under the Guidelines Section of WBiFMS for ready reference. The WBDCRB Rules 1971 and WBTR 2005 stand modified as applicable.
- The Offices under the State Government are requested to send the requisite documents online along with physical papers in the manner stated above.
- This is issued with immediate effect in the interest of public service.
