On receipt of the final payment authority from DPPG, WB, the PFD Admin shall disburse the final payments to the employees.

Prior Approval from Finance is mandated before Re-Employment
All the Departments are requested to forward the re-employment cases to Finance Department prior to issue of re-employment order after due observance of guidelines.

Additional Honorarium for Anganwadi Workers/ Helpers
Bills for monthly ‘Honorarium’ for the Anganwadi Workers/ Helpers are to be generated through HRMS as usual and shall continue in TR Form No. 26 through e-Billing module of IFMS as a temporary measure until further order.

Relaxation in Treatment of Cancer at Tata Memorial Hospital
For receiving treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, prior permission of the West Bengal Health Scheme Authority and referral from recognized Health Care Organization will no longer be necessary.

DPPG, WB will Credit Interest into GPF of Gr. D Employees
DPPG,WB will generate the Interest Transfer Credit Bill in TR Form No. 43 within the 10th of every month for the subscriber whose Final Payment of GPF has been drawn during the preceding month on the basis of Final Payment Authority of GPF issued from DPPG.

Washing/ Kit Maintenance Allowance
All categories of employees who are required to put on liveries while on duty, will get washing charge at the rate of Rs. 50/- per month provided it is duly certified by the Head of office that the concerned employees are actually wearing liveries regularly while on duty.
