The functions of the Finance Department are performed through 5 (five) branches, namely, Audit, Budget, Revenue, Internal Audit and Institutional Finance.
No further concurrence of Gr T of Finance Department would be required for transferring the same to the earmarked/ designated bank account of the State Nodal Agency (SNA) of that Scheme.
The existing and retired Govt. employees who have not yet enrolled their names under the health scheme may be allowed to enroll their names within 31.03.12.
The existing, retired State Govt employees, pensioners, family pensioners, AIS and retired AIS officers who have not enrolled their names under West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 may be allowed to enrol their names up to 31.03.2015.
Finance Department intends to implement the second module of IFMS, viz. e-Pradan (e-Payment from 1st December, 2014) gradually covering all the treasuries and DDOs by 31st March, 2015.
Grant of Dearness Allowance to the State Government Employees and further ad-hoc increase in the wages of daily rated workers under the Government with effect from January 01, 2016.
Procurement of I.T. products like computers and peripherals, printers, scanners, photocopiers etc. can be made through WTL only if the product is not available in GeM. For this WTL will be allowed a commission of 2% on the value of the products procured.

Interest-free festival advance upto a maximum of Rs. 8,000/- only to state Government employees whose revised emoluments on 31st march, 2019 exceeded Rs. 30,000/- per month but did not exceed Rs. 36,000/- per month.
