New Scheme “Samarthan” for the victims of Demonetization
In order to provide some relief and enable labourers to start an alternative business/ self-employment, the Governor is pleased to introduce a new scheme called Samarthan (সমৰ্থন).

Discontinuation of present Letter of Credit (LOC) System
Discontinue the present LOC System for execution of Works and Forest Expenditure and bring the working of the Works and Forest Divisions under the ambit of the Treasury System through allotment of funds w.e.f. 01.04.2015.

Change in the format of existing Bill Register which is not a TR form and introduction of one Appropriation register to be maintained by the DDO.

Prior Approval from Finance is mandated before Re-Employment
All the Departments are requested to forward the re-employment cases to Finance Department prior to issue of re-employment order after due observance of guidelines.

Surrender of Funds lying in PL/ Deposit Accounts
Surrender of unutilized State Funds at the end of the Financial Year lying in Personal Ledger (PL) Accounts/ Deposit Accounts of any parastatal.

State Government Employees Group Insurance Scheme, 1987 – Table of Benefits under Savings Fund for the year of cessation of Membership 2024-2025.

e-Tender is Mandatory for Procurement above Rs. 5 Lakh
All the Departments of the State Government will ensure observance of e-tender process for procurements of and above Rs. 5 lakh by their own office and subordinate offices, as well as companies and corporations under their departmental control.

Group Insurance Scheme 1987 – Table of Benefits, 2014-15
A new table of benefits showing accumulations of savings fund under GISS 87 corresponding to a unit subscription of Rs. 10/- only per month has been drawn up for the period from 1.11.2014 to 31.10.2015.
