Reservation in Admission in Colleges of West Bengal
All Principal/Officer-in-charge/Teacher-in-charge of Government and Government-aided colleges of the state are advised to implement the total percentage of reservation i.r.o the Scheduled Castes (22%), the Scheduled Tribes (6%), the Other Backward Classes Category A (10%) and the Other Backward Classes Category B (7%).
Permission for B.Ed Training of Deputed School Teachers
The deputed school teachers may be allowed to take admission in regular B.Ed. course as per existing practice till such time, ODL mode B.Ed. is started.
Online Admission into PG Courses for Session, 2023-24

Counting of Past Service rendered by University Employees
He/ She shall be serving as on regular basis in approved and /or substantial post and /or regular in nature in any of the aforementioned institutions continuously and satisfactorily prior to such movement to State Aided University.
ROPA in respect of Pro-Vice-Chancellor of State-aided Universities
Pro-Vice-Chancellor may be allowed to draw pay in Academic Level 15 w.e.f 01.01.2020 and the pay of the existing Pro-Vice-Chancellors who are in receipt of AGP of Rs. 12,000/- shall be fixed at the appropriate cell of Academic Level 15 by multiplying the existing basic pay (Band Pay + AGP) with the factor 2.57.
Payment of Service related Financial Benefit of a Transferee in College
If the pay fixation memo has been issued for the earlier college, the college from where the employee is transferred will issue a non drawal certificate on the basis of an application of the concerned incumbent and send to the college where the employee is transferred to.
