The Empowered Committee of Secretaries (ECOS) shall consider all PPP Projects and recommend for approval to the Standing Committee of the Cabinet on Industry, Infrastructure and Employment.
Governor is hereby pleased create a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Cell within Budget Branch, Finance Department, Govt. of West Bengal for providing necessary direction and hand-holding support to the Departments sponsoring PPP Projects.
For other Non-Plan expenditure the Administrative Departments may make further allotment so that the total allotment from April, 2012 to December, 2012 does not exceed 75 percent of the whole year’s budget provision.

Senior Accounts Clerks or the Divisional Offices posted in the Public Works Departments and performing duties of handling cash may be allowed additional remuneration @ Rs. 100/- p.m. for amount of average monthly cash disbursed upto Rs. 75,000/- p.m.
