NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the West Bengal Right to Public Services Act, 2013 (West Ben. Act XVII of 2013), the Governor is pleased hereby to notify, with immediate effect and in cancellation of Land and Land Reforms Department’s Notification No. 6045-LP dated 28.10.2013, the services along with the stipulated time limit for rendering the services, the Designated Officers responsible for providing the services, the Appellate Officer and the Reviewing officer as follows:-
