All DDOs under PWD should note that the fund, specifically allotted under the non salaried heads, shall be withdrawn unconditionally, unless utilized within two (02) months from the date of the allotment of fund.
The decoration and other arrangements of the venues of meeting/ conference should be simple and expenditure on this item should be kept at the minimum. Ostentatious decoration shall be stopped.
The Administrative Departments/ Controlling Authorities may make further allotment of fund up to current year’s budget provision relating to Non-Plan expenditure for Non-Salary items up to March, 2016.
