whether seizure/operation of a delivery case in the enlisted Hospital/Nursing Home is entitled to get the reimbursement cost of the said charges.

Yes, it is. Rs. 20,000/- for cesarean section delivery as per revised rate list.

I have been enrolled for W B Health Scheme 2008 and certificate for enrollment in Form B has been issued on 30.03.2012 with a instruction to DDO to deduct MA w.e.f. 01.04.2012. Surprisingly, till date no health card/ temporary health permit (Form F) has been issued. Whether I can claim refund of MA upto that month on which health card/ temporary health permit will be issued.

i applied for WBHS-2008 IN FEB 2012 FOR ME,MY WIFE AND MY FATHER…..I got form F for the same in march 2012…..on the due course i received 2 cards on january 2014 of me and my wife…but not my father…..my father aged 63 and getting pension of rs 1585 only….
my mother is in service as school teacher……upon enquiring people said that as my mother is working so father is dependant of mother not on me…….i asked for any G.O regarding this…they failed to submit…..
My question is whether my father could be enrolled and how?????

Whether merely writing the term ” heart Disease ” in the essentiality certificate make one entitle for OPD reimbursements ?? The treatment may be taken for any preliminary check up.
