Online System of Self Appraisal Report for Group-A Officers

Commutation of Pension due to ROPA, 2019 – Clarification
The last date for submission of option for additional commutation is 31.12.2020 i.e. 1 (one) year from the actual date of effect of WBS ROPA, 2019. The Pensioner shall be entitled to commute upto 40% of the revised pension.

Permission before Purchase of Digital Hearing Aid under WBHS
Prior permission of the West Bengal Health Scheme Authority will not be required for purchase of Digital Hearing Aid subject to the condition that the maximum reimbursable amount is limited to the rate mentioned under WBHS code No. 03003003.

Enhancement of Maternity Leave for Contractual Employees
All categories of female contractual employee will get the benefit of maternity leave for a maximum period of 180 days and 42 days of such leave in case of abortion/ miscarriage.

In order to get more participants and obtain better competition in procurement through GeM, it is decided to include following categories of sellers/ service providers, in addition to our existing provisions, for exemption of EMD deposit in GeM.
