Reserve Bank of India, Department of Government & Bank Accounts, Central Office, Mumbai has from time to time authorised the following Banks to conduct State Government Business in West Bengal.

Bills/ Advices related to Allotment/ Sanction orders (including JIT SPARSH) issued on 31.03.2026 and in late hours of 30.03.2026 can be received by the Treasuries/ PAOs up to 4 P.M. of 31.03.2026 only.

Introduction of Non-Government Institutions Provident Fund (NGIPF) Module in WBIFMS for Provident Fund maintenance in Non-Government Educational Institutions, Local Bodies and other similar institutions.
Head of Office shall create a Nodal Officer in HRMS to create the workflow chain in his/her office if the Head of Office desires to get himself/herself relieved of the task of creating the different levels below him/her. Nodal Officer shall be a reliable senior officer.

Governor has been pleased to decide to extend the Child Care Leave to the female Government Employees who legally adopted such child. All other conditions will remain same as in F.D Memo No. 9728-F(P), dated 24.10.2011 and No. 1364-F(P), dated 15.02.2012.
The facility shall be restricted only for the treatment of one or more diseases/ illness mentioned in the Enrolment Certificate out of the above mentioned critical diseases/ illness.
