A three day workshop on “Cultural Education and CCRT Role” is going to take place at K.V. Barrack pore (Army) from Feb. 8 to Feb. 10, 2014. After this workshop the teachers will have to attend a 18 to 22 day Orientation Course in New Delhi or Udaipur or Hydrabad.
State Government in the Higher Education Department, taking into account the local conditions, has decided to prescribe qualifications and norms for recruitment to the post of Principal in Government-aided/ affiliated General Degree Colleges as well as B.Ed. Colleges.
A four days Training Programme from 10-00 A.M onward has been scheduled to held from 15th to 18th January, 2014 at WBVHA Tower, 580, Anandapur, (near Monobikash Kendra) Kolkata-700 107.
The rates of Dearness Allowance to the categories of employees who are drawing their pay in the prerevised scale of pay shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 115% to 127% with effect from 01.01.2014.
HM/TIC of all Schools/Madrasahs are instructed to submit Mid-day-Meal Status Report (ANNEXURE-A) with their salary Requisition (Hard copy) at the Grant-in-aid Section. Without Mid-day-Meal Status Report Salary Requisition will not be accepted.

All such post/ engagement and in particular the post of Vice Principal in any college as mentioned be abolished forthwith excepting in recognized minority colleges.
All Head of the Institutions are further informed that they must submit the Status Report of CMDMP in the prescribed format along with monthly salary requisition of the respective schools. Otherwise, Salary Bill will not be accepted.
