Every teacher or non-teaching staff shall submit an application for appearing at any examination to the appointing authority and seek prior approval of the concerned DI.
These regulations may be called the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (Conduct and Discipline of Teachers and Non-teaching staff) Regulations, 2004.
Applications are invited for the posts of Assistant Teachers in the Govt. Aided/Sponsored Primary/Junior Basic Schools under the District Primary School Council/ Primary School Council to fill up the vacancies as mentioned below.
West Bengal Staff Selection Commission would make recruitment to all Group-B and Group-C posts except Group-B posts which are recruited through the Miscellaneous Services Recruitment Examination by Public Service Commission, West Bengal;
‘A District level Selection Committee’ would be constituted by the District Magistrate concerned and the ‘Committee’ would comprise the following Officials.
No Council shall appoint teachers in primary schools within its jurisdiction beyond the number of teacher sanctioned by the State Government for the district or the subdivision as per West Bengal Primary School Teachers Recruitment Rules 2001.
The Eligibility Criteria of Post-Matric Scholarship for Minority Students are as follows: 1. He/ She must be a citizen of India and domicile of West Bengal having annual family income less than Rs. 2.00 lakh and secured a minimum 50% marks.
A Candidate applying for admission to the Two Year D. El. Ed. Course in an institution, recognized by the NCTE, and affiliated to the WBBPE should pass the H.S (+2) Examination.
A panel should not remain valid for more than a year. The panel will automatically stand cancelled when all the notified vacant posts are filled up from the panel within the said one year validity period.
Minimum age of an intending Madhyamik candidates whose date of birth is within 31st October, 1999 are to be considered eligible to appear at the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2014.
