Introduction of New TR Form No. 51

Governor is pleased to replace the existing TR Form No. 51 with the new TR Form No. 51. Necessary amendment in West Bengal Treasury Rules will be made in due course of time.

KHADYA SATHI – Food Security Scheme for West Bengal

Primitive tribal groups, workers of closed tea gardens, pavement dwellers of Kolkata, ‘Aila’ affected people, drought affected of Purulia, residents of Darjeeling hill area and inhabitants of Jangalmahal will get food-grains at the rate of Rs. 2/- per Kg.
Sectional Holiday on account of Chhat Puja, 2017

Governor is pleased to declare 26th October, 2017 (Thursday) as a Sectional holiday and 27th October (Friday) as a General holiday for State Govt. Offices.
UGC (Minimum Standard and Procedure for award of M. Phil/ Ph. D Degree) Regulations, 2016

Applicability of the provisions of the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standard and Procedure for award of M. Phil/ Ph. D Degree) Regulations, 2016.
West Bengal State Assistance for Regional Films Scheme, 2017

The assistance will be equal to the amount of State rebate @ 7% for cinema tickets with basic price upto Rs. 100/- and @ 12% for tickets with basic price above Rs. 100/-, where such basic price of ticket is excluding the GST elements.
Distribution of Foodgrains against Digital Ration Card

Distribution of foodgrains shall mandatorily be done only by way of production of Digital Ration Cards by the beneficiaries with effect from 01.09.2017.
General Transfer/ Mutual Transfer of College Employees

Appeal to Employers for Payment of Bonus/ Ex-Gratia

Swami Vivekananda Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship, 2017

Students of Post-Madhyamik levels and onwards in regular courses, and whose annual family income is not more than Rs. 2,50,000/-, may apply for this scholarship.
