Guidelines for Preparation of Arrear/ Supplementary Bill in WBIFMS
Arrear payment is an outstanding payment for a period that accrues when a difference arises between payment (Due) and payment (Drawn). Supplementary payment, on the other hand, is an outstanding payment to be made for a period in which no fund was drawn and disbursed.

Revised norms for acceptance of L1/ H1 bid/ Single bid when the number of qualified bidders during 2nd call of a tender is less than three (3).

Use of Government Vehicles on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Holidays
For the Saturdays, Sundays or/and other notified holidays including non-working days in a month, if the vehicles engaged on monthly hiring basis are kept as Stand-by, only the daily hiring charges for such days may be paid on the basis of the Stand by certificate.
