Submission of Registration Forms along with fees and Class XI Annual Examination Fees by the Institutions to the Council. – 1st phase: 13.08.2019 to 26.08.2019. 2nd phase: 11.09.2019 to 17.09.2019.
Annual Examination Programme (Class XI), 2020 will start from 12th March, 2020 and it will be over 27th March, 2020. All practical Examinations will be held between 06.04.2020 to 21.04.2020.
Considering the changed weather conditions, it has been decided that all schools will remain closed upto 08.06.2019 and will open on 10.06.2019. Similar action is recommended for all un-aided schools also.
Due to predicted severe cyclonic storm “Foni” likely to hit coastal areas of West Bengal and extreme hot weather conditions prevailing in the State, classes will remain suspended in all Govt., Govt. Sponsored and Non-Govt. aided schools from 3rd May, 2019 to 30th June, 2019.
“Vidyasagar Week” will be observed from 20.09.2019 to 26.09.2019 in all the Govt./ Govt Sponsored/ Aided Schools and Colleges in West Bengal. During this week, essay competition, cultural function, exhibition on photography on Vidyasagar and seminar will be organised.
Heads of all recognised Schools under WBBSE are being informed that all schools must follow the schedule of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Summative Evaluations for the academic session 2019 and Selection Test for M.P. (S.E.), 2020.
This is related to the engagement of Part-time teachers [on temporary basis for one year] of various subjects in the H.S section of the H.S Institutions affiliated under the council.
All examinees of H.S Examination 2019 are hereby notified to reach the examination venue on or before 9 AM on each day of examination and accompanying guardians are requested not to enter the examination venue before or during the examination.
All Heads of H.S. Institutions are being requested not to sanction any leave to teachers and non-teaching staff of their Institution on the dates of H.S. Examination 2019.
