Salaried or wage-earning physically handicapped persons who are not liable to pay Income-tax under the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) are exempted P.Tax.
Medical Board for mentally retarded persons should be constituted in every District of the State to facilitate the assessment of mentally retarded persons quickly and effectively.
