calculation of arrears leave salary- I have retired on 11.10.2012 & i have received Rs 6,01,710.00 for 300 days accumulated earned leave( Band pay-33690.00, Grade pay-7600, special pay-300, DA-18581), payment of non-practicing pay@25% of basic pay= Rs.10323/- per month effective from 1/05/2012. this is request to calculate my excess leave salary to be paid by the government for addition of RS.10000 NPA per month to my salary . now the department has paid me Rs.5161/- as arrear payment. is it right or wrong? please reply.
