12 RLST(H.M) written test held on 17.02.2013, result published on 13.12.2013, P.test held on 06.01.2014. but final result is yet to come. why this abnormal delay? what is the tentative date of publication of final result? Is perliament election(2014) ModelCode of Conduct applicable here?
