I think , ODL B Ed students are ignored by the W.B. Govt. There is no study leave & increment for us. How, can we post our problems to our respected Chief Minister? Only she can solve such problems.
kindly do proper arrangement so that we don’t loose continuity in our increment it is certainly the common problem for most of us pursuing B.Ed though ODL mode. We the teachers were unable to get the opportunity of pursuing B.Ed earlier and now our increment is going to be axed unfortunately………..very sad
