Mutual Transfer of School Teachers is a thing which will not be commenced in coming future. Govt only give their commitments to teachers via various news papers & channels. But until teachers are ready to understand the seriousness of their urgent need and work for revolution nothing will happen. The bill 233-L was published at the website of school edu dept on last year march month. Thousands of teachers have registered there but still now the Govt is silent in this regard..
