The functions of the Finance Department are performed through 5 (five) branches, namely, Audit, Budget, Revenue, Internal Audit and Institutional Finance.

  • Scheme for Utilization of Persons Employed under Local Fund

    The Scheme for Utilization of Persons Employed under Local Fund administered or not administered by Government of West Bengal or in any Company, Corporation, Undertaking, Statutory Body, Board etc. for deployment or detailment in any Government Offices or in any Other Local Fund Authority or any such entity.

  • Financial Assistance to the Clubs of Government Employees

    No application for grant from the Clubs running concurrently at the same premises or building or at the same station will be ordinarily considered. If there are more than one Clubs at the same premises/ buildings/ stations attempts should therefore be made coordinate themselves for the purpose of receiving grants.

  • Monthly Rate of Cleaning of Office Equipment, 2023

    In case, Scanner is a part of the multifunction Printer/ Photocopier, separate cleaning charge is not admissible for Scanner other than that for Printer/ Photocopier, since the Printer/ Photocopier scans documents with the same machine.

  • West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017

    Every registered person shall display his GST Identification Number on the name board exhibited at the entry of his principal place of business and at every additional place or places of business.

  • Introduction of Workflow for GPF Advance in HRMS

    Introduction of Workflow for GPF Advance, Online Conversion of Refundable GPF Advance, Pre closure of Refundable GPF Advance and Submission of Utilization Certificate for GPF Advance in HRMS.
