West Bengal State Govt Employees’ Group Insurance-Cum-Savings Scheme, 1987
Each Govt. Employee may make nomination in favour of one or more persons the right to receive the amount that may become payable under the scheme in the event of his or her death before attaining the date of Superannuation.

Governor is pleased to allow Broad Band connection for all the Superintending and Executive Engineers with the existing telephone line or a data card for official use, the maximum charge for which should not exceed Rs. 750/- only per month.

Cost of train journey for medical attendance and treatment in speciality hospitals outside the State with one attendant, both ways, may be reimbursed.
