Inclusion of heads of accounts for revenue receipts administered by I&W Dptt., Dte of Factories under Labour Dptt., Dte of Electricity duty and Commissioner of Agricultural Income Tax under Finance Dptt., through GRIPS Portal.
This scheme shall apply to all State Government employees, State Government pensioners including family pensioners and the beneficiaries who have opted for existing scheme in lieu of medical allowance.
All the Administrative Departments are requested to ensure that only a Government officer designated as Chief Executive officer/ Executive officer/ Project officer/ Finance officer of a local body is declared as its DDO.
The benefit of the scheme may be applicable to all Government Servants as defined in W.B.S.R. except those Government Employees who have their own separate housing scheme such as the Housing Scheme called 'Pratyasha' for policemen.
The post of Joint Secretary will be filled up from the West Bengal Senior Service of Engineers as per existing Recruitment Rules. The appointing authority for the above upgraded post will be the Governor, West Bengal.
