The functions of the Finance Department are performed through 5 (five) branches, namely, Audit, Budget, Revenue, Internal Audit and Institutional Finance.
Instructions in respect of such an employee, who has already availed Leave Travel Concession (LTC) in foreign country for self and or for any member of the family during the period from 01.11.2015 to till date.
On occasion of VISWAKARMA PUJA which falls on 18th September (Wednesday), 2019, the Governor has been pleased to declare that all State Government offices shall be closed at 2:00 P.M on that day.
In case, any violation of the declaration or booking of tickets is detected subsequently, it will be seriously dealt with in terms of provisions of the West Bengal Services (Clarification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1971.
Grants-in-Aid are payment in the nature of assistance, donations or contribution made by one Government to another Government, body, institution or individual.
