Additional Performance Security in Road Projects
If the bidder fails to complete the work successfully, the Additional Performance Security shall be forfeited at any time during the pendency of the Contract period after serving proper notice to the Contractor.

Guidelines/ SoP for taking up IT works of Govt Department by PWD
The format contains component wise requirement of IT equipment and services which are to be finalized during project preparation stage in order to prepare a realistic DPR for timely completion and to avoid changes during execution.

Prime Machineries to Execute Road/ Bridge works under PWD
Type of required prime machineries, as per technical requirements shall be reflected in the items of works itself of the estimate.

Directorial Committee of Public Works Directorate
The committee shall act as ‘Directorial Committee’ of Public Works Directorate; The cases relating to preparation and finalization of Gradation List of Group – ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ employees;

Deployment of AE and SAE on Contractual basis in PWD
Deployment of Assistant Engineers and Sub-Assistant Engineers on contractual basis for different offices/ establishments under PWD by Webel Technolgoy Limited.

Illumination of Roads and Bridges Constructed by P.W. (Roads)
Lighting arrangement on the roads & bridges under P.W. (Roads) Department may be taken up by this Department as one-time installation work.

Required Documents for Vetting Estimates of Building Works by PWD
It is requested that this checklist may kindly be followed while submitting estimates for vetting in order to expedite the vetting and ensure that requisite documents are submitted along with the estimates.
