The affidavits filed by Mr. Basu Mallick,
learned advocate now appearing for the petitioners are
taken on record. In view of the fact that the petitioners
are not inclined to proceed further with this writ petition,
it stands dismissed as not pressed.
However, as has been recorded in the earlier
order of November 26, 2014, the petitioners are liable to
bear the costs of this proceeding and for having wasted
precious judicial hours, each of the petitioners shall pay
Rs. 50,000/- within a month from date to the West
Bengal State Legal Services Authority.
The writ petition, only for the limited purpose
of ascertaining compliance of this direction, shall be
listed before this bench on January 07, 2015 under the
same heading.

Put up this writ petition on Wednesday next
(03.12.2014) along with the other writ petitions laying
challenge to the Government order dated June 21, 2012.
There was an interim order subsisting on
W.P. 27619(W) of 2014 till minutes before. That writ
petition has been dismissed as not pressed. Since I had
extensively heard the parties in W.P.27619(W) of 2014 on
the previous occasions, I am of the prima facie view that
similar interim order ought to be made on this writ
petition also.
Accordingly, the District Primary School
Council, Howrah shall be at liberty to prepare the panel
and necessary approval thereof may also be obtained but
no appointment shall be made from the panel without
obtaining the leave of the Court till 12.12.2014 or until
further orders, whichever is earlier.

Let appropriate advertisements be published
by the writ petitioners in ‘The Statesman’ and
‘Bartaman’/Aajkal’ by Saturday next notifying institution
of this writ petition together with a gist of the subject
matter of challenge and indicating therein that this Court
desires interested parties, who might be affected by
reason of any order being passed on this writ petition in
favour of the petitioners, to contest the same on the next
date either appearing personally or through learned
advocate(s).
Photocopy of this order, duly countersigned
by the Assistant Registrar (Court), shall be furnished to
Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate for the District Primary
School Council, Howrah.

করে নামটা বলে দেবেন তাহলে আমরা জানতে পারবো আমরা কতজন কাল যাচ্ছই?
সেই অনুযায়ী আমাদের এগোতে হবে।
যারা এখনো ভাবছ কাল যাব কি যাব না,
তাদের বলি এটা চিন্তা করার সময় নয়,
কিছু করার সময় ?
তাই আর নয়, ফোন ধরুন কল করুন, চলে আসুন।।
