Regularization of Temporary Contractual Employees

I am working in Sarva Shiskha Abhiyan Project in West bengal since 01.01.2004. My question is that is the Order No. No. 9008-F(P) dated 16.09.2011 applicable for me ? according to the order could i get salary as per pay structure of the post of Accounts Officer of Govt. of West Bengal? Bcz i am working in a post of Finance & Accounts Officer of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.

Is it covers the Data entry Operator of Panchyat in NREGA as VLE

I am working as a “peon”(casual employee) Under National Horticulture Mission(NHM) in the Deptt. of F.P.I & Horticulture. My joining date is 26.03.2007.Working atDistrict Horticulture officer,Murshidabad in murshidabad district. From 17.02.2010 I am working as a computer typist in a Municipality (@daily wages) without breaking service. Now I’m working in Cash Section. Till now I’ve not taken any leave. So my Working days in a year is more than 240. I’ve worked as a Innumerator in Census of India’2011. Is this finance order No. 9008-F(P) dated 16.09.2011, applicable for me? please reply.

I’m a working at District Child Protection Society, Dakshin Dinajpur as a Accountant on Contractual basic salary Rs.8000.00. But the same Contractual post Accountant on Health Department Salary Rs. 18000.00. Why the classification salary??? same Educational Qualification, same service but why the classification??? plz reply me the answer……..
