Iam the Head Teacher of a primary school since July 2012. I got appointment as an Asst Teacher in March 2006. Completed PPTT from Gokhale Memorial Girls’ College 1992-1994 ( 2 years ). Still i am bound to do 1 year ODL bridge course in tha session 2012-13 just because I joined after 2005…!!! ANY EXPLANATOIN?
