Kanyashree Prokolpo 2013 – Implementation Guidelines

My daughter have studying in Bot. (Hons) in 1st year but my income criteria below 1,20,000/-. I want to help by Kanya Shree programme as a criteria age 18+ where I can get Form and where I could submit the filling and signed Form after opening of Bank Account.
I also request to all concern to guide me for the above matter.

This is to kindly inform to our CM that I am a student of 2nd Year in BA English hons, and seek to have that amount of Rs.25000/- for my higher studies. The annual income of my family is below 1,20,000/- I have already submitted my Kanyashree Prakalpa form and the amount has reached in my bank account of UNITED BANK OF INDIA, Branch-Naihati, IFSC-UTBI0NHT229, MICR-700027232. When I reached to the Bank to withdraw the amount for my higher studies , the bank authority said that this amount must be fixed for 6 years. Is it a rule of government for Kanyashree Prakalpa? If this be fixed for 6 years so how can I go through for my higher studies? please give me a solution.
