I am enrolled for the Aadhar card in the month of october, but i lost my acknlwdgement along with enrollment id. please anyone suggest me how to check my Aadhara card status.. thank you

Good Morning. I am Sudheer from Hyderabad.
My family and me attended for “AADHAR” card enrolment on 30/05/2011 by “Tera Software Ltd”. Till today we did not get the AADHAR card of any one of us. I have been checking the status for 1.5 years in the website “https://portal.uidai.gov.in/ResidentPortal/statusLink”
continuously but I have been getting a message stating that EID is not available.
I have been trying to contact the toll free number given the website
“1800 180 1947”. But I could not able to connect to it. Please help me in getting our “AADHAR” card as soon as possible. Our enrollment numbers and details are as follows:

I am enrolled for the Aadhar card in the month of April, but still i am not get original adhar card by post/ courier , Please respond and help me in getting our aadhar cards as soon possible.
I & my wife enrolled for Aadhar Card on 20-07-2012 (1058/20888/00377 & 00378) but Aadhar Card not yet received. Several correspondences done but nothing cleared yet.
All my family members have received their Aadhaar No. and card ,my wife, my daughters but only i have not received my Aadhaar card. My enrollment no. is 2010/19164/41845. pl do the needful.
