November 7, 2013 at 2:39 pm #59832AnonymousInactiveIn 2004, I was in 6500-10500 along with other officers. I am senior. In 2005, I got 7500-12000 scale (ACP-1); where as the other officers are on 6500-10500 scale. While mapping to 2006 (6th PRC) scales, I was placed in the scale of 15600-39100 with grade pay of 5400 along with other officers. For me ACP 1 benefit was not carry forward. The feeder post is 6500-10500. I gave representations, but no use. In 2010, one of the officer got MACP -1 (10 yrs) and was placed in the scale of 15600-39100 with grade pay of 6600. I was senior and I got ACP-1 before 2006 but my grade pay was less. Please tell me the correct rule position.
